Community Guidelines

Our mission is to give people the power to share and make the world more open and connected. People come to Buynuse to share their thoughts, stories, and to connect with friends and other likeminded individuals.

We want people to feel safe and have the best experience possible when using Buynuse. For that reason, we've developed a set of Community Guidelines, outlined below. These guidelines will help you understand what type of sharing is allowed on Buynuse, and what type of content may be reported to us and removed.

If you have questions about these guidelines or if you find any inappropriate content on Buynuse, contact our team at info@buynuse.com.

Our staff would review flagged content to determine whether it violates our Community Guidelines. When it does, we remove it. Accounts are penalized for Community Guidelines violations, and serious or repeated violations can lead to account termination. If an account is terminated, that person won't be allowed to create any new accounts.

There are 5 simple guidelines which we expect all participants in the community areas of the Buynuse website to abide by.

1) Be Real and Be Nice

Transparency is very important in gaining trust in online relationships, therefore be honest, appropriate and clear about who you are when posting in any community. This means including your real name on your account. Do not provide misleading information about yourself.

Personal attacks and harassment will not be tolerated. Sexist, racist, misogynist, homophobic, and broad, offensive generalizations about groups of people are simply not allowed. Comments or discussions written intentionally to provoke will also be removed. So, remember to avoid:

• name-calling
• ad hominem attacks
• responding to a post’s tone instead of its actual content
• knee-jerk contradiction

Comments that we find to be hateful, inflammatory, or harassing may be removed. If you don’t have something nice to say about another user, don't say it. Treat others the way you’d like to be treated.

2) Welcome debate and dissent

The key to maintaining the Buynuse website as an inviting space is to focus on intelligent discussion of topics. Personal attacks against other users, persistent trolling and mindless abuse will not be tolerated. We understand that people often feel strongly about issues debated on the site, but we will consider removing any content that others might find extremely offensive or threatening. Please respect other people’s views and beliefs and consider your impact on others when making your contribution.

3) Respect Others' Rights and Follow the Law

We do not want Buynuse to be used for illegal activities or to violate the rights of others. Don't use Buynuse services to commit fraud. Before sharing or using someone else's copyrighted works, trademarks, private information, or trade secrets, please make sure you have the legal right to do so.

Buynuse shouldn't be used to harm others. Terrorists and those who engage in violent crimes are not welcome on Buynuse. It is not okay to use Buynuse to harass, abuse, or send other unwelcomed communications to people (e.g., junk mail, spam, chain letters, phishing schemes. Don't create misleading descriptions, tags, titles, or thumbnails in order to increase views. It's not okay to post large amounts of untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content, including comments and private messages.

Also, don't use Buynuse platform to intentionally infect others with viruses, worms, or other software that can destroy or interrupt their data or computer devices.

4) We will remove any content that may put us in legal jeopardy

Content such as potentially libellous or defamatory postings, or material posted in potential breach of copyright would be removed.

Respect copyright. Only upload content that you made or that you're authorized to use. This means don't upload content you didn't make, or use content in your posts that someone else owns the copyright to.

5) The conversation belongs to everybody

We want this to be a welcoming space for intelligent discussion, and we expect participants to help us achieve this by notifying us of potential problems and helping each other to keep conversations inviting and appropriate. If you spot something problematic in community interaction areas, please report it.

Participants who seriously, persistently or wilfully ignore the community guidelines, or terms and conditions will have their posting privileges for all the Buynuse community areas withdrawn.

Please be aware that moderators may contact you by email in relation to your participation, especially where an issue comes up in relation to these community standards. Any advice they give/request they make should be adhered to, as our moderators are there to enforce these community standards and create a constructive environment for everyone who contributes to our site. all actions and decisions taken by our moderators are final.

Your activity on Buynuse is subject to these Community Guidelines and the Buynuse Terms of Service. If you don’t follow these rules, we may take action on your account, which could include deactivation.

Buynuse disclaims all warranties with regard to information posted on these sites, whether posted by Buynuse or any third party.
